Earlier this year, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella was quoted as saying that Chatbots will “fundamentally revolutionize how computing is experienced by everyone”.
In fact, early adopting big brands such as KLM, Burberry, Pizza hut and Sephora have begun experimenting with chatbots to reach over 1 billion active users on Facebook Messenger ever since bots were introduced to the messaging app in April 2016.

Alyssa, also a World Finalist in the Microsoft Imagine Cup, has published multiple bots publicly to date. One of his chatbots, AskVoila, a digital personal shopping assistant was featured on e27 and Yahoo News “5 Singaporean chatbots you will actually use”.
